Toaxt

A salutation or a few words in honor of, congratulations, good wishes, appreciation, remembrance, etc., spoken immediately before raising a glass to a person or an event but with the added process of sending a text message or "toaxt" to a friend who is not co-located but remote and who will also raise a glass for the same purpose.

The initiator of the "toaxt" sends a text message to the other party(ies) indicating an occasion or purpose and the other/s respond/s with an agreed upon time-frame, usually immediately for the raising of the glass and drinking or "toaxting" the subject.
