1. A game franchise made for the Xbox and Xbox 360, made by Bungie, though it has now been passed on from Bungie to 343 industries. Many Bungie employees came to 343 to continue work on Halo, and will be releasing the best game yet, Halo 4. All of the Halo games were great, but Halo Wars should have never been made. Will beat out Call of Duty any day, because Call of Duty puts no love and heart into their games.

Get the Halo mug.Halo 4 is the fourth installment in the halo gaming franchise. This game is played all around has thousands to millions of players. This game is part of the master chief collection and you play as master chief the whole time. The game is based on the death of cortana, master chiefs companion. At the end cortana and master chief are talking and cortana tells him she's going, in which she does and master chief was not a happy soldier. In the game cortana is instructing master chief how to get to places, what to do, what to kill, and she is helping master chief to kill the didact who at the end gets hit by a grenade and falls off a hard light bridge, no one knows if he did die or will be in the upcoming Halo 5. Multiplayer is based on red vs blue just like all other halos. The multiplayer has most weapons that you use in the campaign suck as the main and most known weapon, the assualt rifle. Halo 4 is also based on the return of master chief. Halo 4 is amazing and well known to most people and is a must have game.

Get the Death Halo mug.One of the most overrated FPS games of all time. It had strong beginnings with the release of Halo: CE and Halo 2. But like all great things they will come to and end. Halo 3's creators focused on nothing but details in the third installment of the trilogy. The game was ruined due to the lack of improvements and innovations to the core components of gameplay. Also it's strongest feature ,popularity, is leading to its downfall. It's multiplayer is plauged by prepubescent teens and children. Also Microsoft and MLG (among others) has used Halo for one thing. Profit. It's quickly becoming the Star Wars of our generation and I wouldn't be suprised to see the word 'Halo' on a cereal box or Halloween costume in the not too distant future.
Although the Halo Trilogy has a very strong fan base much like Star Wars and LOTR and will go down as one of the pioneering FPS games on a console and the PC due to it's once great story, single player experience and multiplayer.

It was constucted a long with many other halos as a weapon to kill all life in the galexy,less the univers be left to be consumed by the parasitic Flood. Halo was not built to house the parasite noobs,play the game. Last seen in orbit around the gas giant Threshold. Communications with installation 04 have been lost.

Halo pwns and Half Life pwns, so does Counterstrike and Unreal Tournement, the only problem being is you have hackers in all those games but Halo.
