Text A Dump

When a person has to slip away to text someone, with the excuse of going to the bathroom. This person obviously has to "text a dump".

A shorter conversation might alternatively be referred to as "texting a piss".

Brett took his cell to the bathroom with him, guess he had to text a dump.

A text you send to someone directly after calling them instead of a voice mail because you are too damn lazy to leave one.
