Abnormally short and odd smelling member of a non English speaking group. Tend to reside in the Southern parts of the West Coast. Smell resembles that of a dead gopher that got urinated on by a drunk flamingo. Some scrapas where blue shirts to blend in with the local Crip gang members.

Scrappydoo

Like the character in the cartoon, a person who is Scrappydoo is a person who seems innocent or weak or small, but can seriously kick some ass, if provoked.

Mitch seemed so wimpy until that guy flirted with his girlfriend, then he went all SCRAPPYDOO on his ass.
