A contraction of the words "RAGhead" and "reTARD". Member of the Gulf states (Arabs), particularly those who wear the dishdasha and headgear, are reknowned for their lack of education, with Degree qualificaions being handed to them without the need to attend or sit exams at the end of their university courses, leading them to poor decision making in jobs they are not qualified to do.

The expat community in the UAE really resent these RAGTARDS earning big bucks while they have to work twice as hard just to stop them looking as stupid as they are!

Age Ratard

Some fucking asshole parent (mostly over 35+) that thinks that some things like mild fake blood will traumatize their kids and turn them into serial murderers and degenerates. They also disregard the fact that maturity isn't defined by age only and that how you raise them will make them more or less mature AND the fact that the acceptance of mild violence and blood in tv shows can toughen you up for your future life.

Rantard

Someone who likes to rant about things they clearly know nothing (or very little) about. While sometimes done under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants, the ranting is done in order to show others how smart & well-informed they are, yet it usually results in demonstrating the opposite. Can also refer to someone who constantly complains about petty things, things that are out of their control, things that don't concern them or things they can change if they choose to but don't so they have something to whine about.

"That guy who's always going on about how to fix the Leafs is such a rantard!" Example of rantard rants: "Those people need to get their head out of their asses...next time they do that I'm gonna tell them off!" "My boss doesn't know what the hell he's doing! If I were running the show I'd know just what to do..." "Fuck these stupid politicians...I know exactly how to fix the economy!"
