Abraham Lincoln: Fourscore and...
(looks at his pocket watch)
Abraham Lincoln: seven minutes ago... we, your forefathers, were brought forth upon a most excellent adventure conceived by our new friends, Bill... and Ted. These two great gentlemen are dedicated to a proposition which was true in my time, just as it's true today. Be excellent to each other. And... PARTY ON, DUDES!

The act of having an excellent or magnificent beard. Anyone who has a huge unkepmt beard despite what fashion dictates is practicing bearded excellence. This also goes for ungangly mustaches and bushy mutton chop sideburns.

The art of using Microsoft Excel. Term commonly used to denote the users level of skill. A skilled user who has a strong level of Excel-fu usually is called upon by lower level Excel users and can enter statistical formulas from large pools of data at lighting fast speeds. Derived from the martial art Kung-fu.
Cliff: "Hey Joe, can you help me determine the mean, mode, median, upper and lower control limits from this pool of data. My Excel-fu is weak"
Joe: "Why yes young grasshopper, send me the file"

It's a praise that you receive from a teacher after you ask a question which he doesn't know how to answer, but he's too embarrassed to admit it.
Student: Teacher, how do you say 'lock, stock and barrel' in Spanish?
Teacher: Excellent question! It's a very interesting expression! For your homework, you'll have to look it up.
