Despite often being classified the bad guy, he is a man of wholesomeness and generosity. He is triangle head is so perfectly proportional and his hair is the most stylish. If it were not for the blue duck thing with a hat, he could very likely be the most powerful being in the Universe!

Dr. Doofenshmirtz is a Holy Father and a Lord almost as strong as thanos.

After a few joints, the behaviour of being completely spaced and not knowing whats going on. Mild rocking and head rocking occurs, normally coinsides with munchies. People in this state cannot be talked to normally or moved in anyway. They're just on a mad one.
