A man who thinks with his penis instead of his brain. In other words, his actions aren't rational and decisions are totally driven by getting laid.

He has been paying his girlfriend's cable bill so he has an excuse to go over there and spend time with her in hopes of getting laid.. What a dickbrain.

Dickhead

(n.) Used to describe someone who is an illiterate douche. Coupled with a case of arrogance, ignorance, and lacking confidence. People possessing the title of dickhead can easily be found at forums, message boards, and more specifically, at Reddit and Urban Dictionary. People often developed personalities that displeases others, which the witnesses often called that person a dickhead. Used figuratively most often.
