voluntold

To be volunteered or pressured into doing something without being able to reject the request. Often occurs in situations where an employee or a military personnel is uncomfortable to reject a request from someone in a higher position--because of the implications.

A portmanteau of volunteer and told.
VP: Our break room has gotten really messy lately. I need a volunteer to help make sure it's clean. Billy, your desk is always very organized. You would make the perfect break room manager.

Billy: Umm ... sure.

Jenny (whispering): Ouch. You just got voluntold.
