Teledry is a quadrupedal dragon with no wings. It's dark blue in color, along with light blue shades and normal blue shades. Teledry also appears to have a strong looking jaw and honestly looks thick.
The dragon, or drake, also has small orbs aligning it's head and tail, and move in sync if one of it's limbs were to move.
The orbs represent bubbles. Teledry also has neon blue rings that appear on it's chest, legs, and forearms, so during the night it'd be pretty easy to spot it.
The drake also has a blue nose, so I guess you have the right to call it a cute blue clown.
Teledry is said to be made by the one they call "The Sherlock" or "The Joe".

Telenor is the Norwegian Telecom Corporation. They own all the phone-wires in Norway, and because of this, they try to steal as much money as possible from people as they can. Telenor doesn't seem to be bothered by the fact that the monopoly of phone-services has disappeared a long time ago. Victims of Telenor are mostly the Internet-users, who has to pay way too much for low-bandwidth connections. They try to confuse their customers by telling everyone that they are very cheap.
