An Italian slang word used in the Godfather series as an insult. You will hear the word used in the Northeastern part of the United States, primarily by Italian-Americans.

Strung up is Slang for execution. Referring to they type of execution that uses a noose. This slang term can be used for any type of execution though.

In the old west people got strung up frequently without a trial.
