a vehicle specifically designed for transporting disabled people, usually with downs syndrome. It usually is a shit car, or if in a group of downies, then a shit mini-bus with an old lady driving.

Stands for Smoke Pot and Cut Corners. A spacc is known for succeeding while doing the bare minimum required and smoking a lot of ganja.

Max: Declan you're such a spacc. All you do is smoke and cut corners on assignments but you still get good grades. I wish I could be a spacc.
Declan: Ya mon. Let's take some mooks before I right this 8,000 word essay due tomorrow.
