1. An alternative method of calling someone a scammer.

2. Someone who utilizes cheap tactics to gain an edge over their competition.

Synonyms include (but are not limited to) scammer, cheater, fraud, and swindler.

1. I know I haven't bought anything from Amazon recently... those lousy scummers think anyone can be tricked.

2. Watch out, that guy is a real scummer; he often goes for low blows.
