It is when you respect a Transgender person such as their pronouns, lifestyle, appearance and doesn't physically\emotionally hurt them on purpose but you don't want to date a transgender person solely because they are Trans. Which in the Trans community is know as transphobic.

I am just not into you like that. I am just respectfully transphobic.
