Rawdogging means sex without a condom

It can also be used to define not using the proper tools to accomplish or deal with certain people, things or situations
Aka “going with the flow”

Ex: not using medication for a mental health issue, not researching sources for a research paper, not getting the advice needed to deal with a decision etc.
