Used (with emphasis) as a conjunctive before a noun in place of a pronoun or adjective when forming a question. Has the effect of causing the subjects to fill in the missing information themselves and possibly to ask further questions. Generally used to cause confusion amoungst individuals and small groups of people. To add to levels of confusion mutter the word incoherently. Can cause anger if overused.
