that is the infinitive mood present tense form. its conjugation follows the 1st form, like all verbs ending in -are. naturally, it being a word from the neapolitan dialect, deals with the neapolitan corresponding forms.

Pavi

Pavi is everyone's favourite person, she is always there for you whenever you need her, and never asks for anything in return, she is really nice, but pretty dumb. Pavi is very pretty, but she either doesn't know it or doesn't like to admit it. You can talk to Pavi about literally anything and you could never get bored, you could just be in Pavi's presence and just feel happier. There isn't a single thing about Pavi that you couldn't love, just thinking about her can make your day better. She always cares about you and you always care about her.
