Managitis is a condition that effects members of an organization in management positions. Managitis can also effect members of the organization when they percieve themselves to be managers or when others unofficially deem them managers.
Symptoms of managitis include: Poor and uninvolved leadership, a complete unwillingness to take out the trash, sweep the floor, lift anything heavy, use any kind of tool or equipment beyond pencils and computers. Managitis sufferers instead issue commands, hold clipboards, and point at things.
Not to be confused with meningitis.

Ever since Robert got that promotion to store manager, all he does is tell other people to do things, hold a clipboard, and walk around staring at people. It's a classic case of managitis.

A colloquial and often critical term used to describe adherents of the MAGA (Make America Great Again) movement—those who strongly support Donald Trump, his policies, and his populist-nationalist ideology. The term blends “MAGA” with the ideological suffix “-ist,” implying a more rigid or doctrinaire allegiance to the movement.

Typically pejorative or mocking; not used in formal or neutral contexts.
"Magatists" are not just voters — they are zealots of a political brand rooted in grievance, nostalgia, and an unyielding allegiance to one man over democratic norms. They reject compromise as weakness, truth as subjective, and pluralism as threat. What began as a slogan — Make America Great Again — has evolved into an identity, often resistant to nuance and fueled by a mythology of lost greatness and institutional betrayal.
To call someone a Magatist is to suggest they don’t simply vote Republican — they believe, and that belief shapes their view of country, culture, and even truth itself.

Get the magatist mug.Magatism is a portmanteau word combining MAGA (Make America Great Again) and ism used to define a political movement. This movement creates their own "alternative facts" and memes such as Fake News, and slogans "Where We Go One, We Go All" and repeats them ad nauseam to mesmerize and corral this group-think set of believers. This group knowingly and/or unknowingly repeat big lies so often, they become their truth and they create mantras to coalesce around. It is very difficult for this set of people to see or respect other opinions or views on political topics, because the power of their belief system feels magnetic and easily attractive but hard to breakaway from the spell of magatism.
His magatism was so ridged, that she avoided him at all costs. The Johnson family keeps their television on FOX News all day and night and they are certainly under the spell of magatism.

Get the magatism mug.A strong/intense EMF-field that emanates from your bed-springs; said powerful field creates a debilitating "pull" on the iron in your blood and thus makes it very hard for you to get out of bed, especially on those occasions when it is absolutely necessary for you to do so, such as when it's time to get ready for work, you "need to pee real bad", the telephone or doorbell rings, someone else in the household (child, pet, elderly house-guest, etc.) urgently requires your assistance, etc.
I am firmly convinced dat there is a great conspiracy among Sealy, Serta, and da other major mattress-manufacturers to intentionally create mattresses that mess with your body and cause you to feel groggy and heavy when trying to lift your head up off da pillow. Perhaps they specifically design their mattresses' coil-springs to act like magnetic coils that harness the earth's magnetic field and then create a strong magnetic pull on your iron-rich blood, this "mattress-magnetism" is why it's often such a gargantuan struggle to raise yerself off da sheets.
