A blending of the words flirting, mean, and hurtful. To be playfully malicious with an individual, the recipient often unknowing of the intent, and can lead to unfounded feelings of closeness, or can result in bouts of sexual distress.

Jeff misinterpreted Sarah's flimertful behavior as true love - unaware she was only toying with his emotions.
