Doogie Howser

Doogie Howser; a small piece of poo which remains stuck to the hair in the entrance of the asshole after making stool. Named after an American TV show in the early 1990's Starring Neil Patrick Harris (NPH).

Mark: "Samantha? Can you give me a hand in the bathroom? I have a Doogie Howser and I need you to cut it out for me"
