The act of soaking one's hand in chloroform, and then punching someone in the face. The end result will be the person is either knocked unconscious from the chloroform or the punch to the face.

Chlorine Tip

What a male gets after swimming in a pool for a prolonged amount of time while his bathing suit rubs against the tip of his penis. Irritation is caused by the chlorine and constant rubbing of the opening on a dick. Usually occurs with new or larger sized swimsuits.

Ach, I got chlorine tip after suing this new swim suit that seems a little big for me still.

To fart into one's hand and then hold the fart over someone else's nose, just like people do when they apply chloroform to someone in a movie.

My wife deserved punishment so I had to chlorofart her by farting into my hand and putting it over her face.
