It is rarely acknowledged and usually expected to not be seen as morally or ethically inappropriate or unacceptable, and may or may not cause one psychological distress depending on a real or expected outcome of success, the person’s own moral or ethical awareness, social normalization of the action of simp capture, or real or perceived perception of personal ineffectiveness in doing the desired action themselves.
