A nickname for somone whose name starts with a T, commonly Tim. Derrived from the name, "T", and the no-nonsense, businesslike approach to victory, "biz." Typically needs to be earned by proving yourself, either on the football field, basketball court, or Halo 3. Can be substituted for "Timalfi" in some cases.
Paul: "did you see that diving catch t-biz just made?"
Casey: "Ya, it was almost as good as the muti-kill he had on Halo yesterday."
