Road Guardian 

Synonymous with a parade maker, it is the genius, who must absolutely stay under the speed limit while driving in the fast lane. This behavior is frequently displayed by old men in hats and asian drivers. May also commonly be referred to as asshats and douchebags, interchangably.

Road Clot 

When a group of drivers all going the same speed down the highway manage to block the entire road so that nobody can pass. It's not a traffic jam because everybody is still moving.

I was doing 75 down the I-10 and expected to get to Phoenix a little bit earlier than expected when I hit a road clot doing 70 mph. It wouldn't break up and allow me to pass and I became part of it.
