Large amps at a party, that people climb up on and start dancing, while the beat and music pump out of the speakers beneath them. Usually a fun, but slutty attention seeking practice aimed to pump up the crowd by shouting the lyrics at them, preferably done after drinking quite a bit of alcohol.
