Lake Jackson

A middle-class suburb located in Brazoria County, Texas. Population: 28,363ish. Many families were drawn to the area not due to the 'desirable' humidity, but the local DOW Chemical Plant in Freeport, Texas. Lake Jacksonites are well known for their active involvement in community-service organizations.

Local Area Highlights include (but are not limited to):
*Buc-ee's convenience stores
*Brazos Mall (Starplex 3)
*Wal*Mart Supercenter (Cleanest in the area)
*Over fifty churches (Something for everyone..)

Lily Lake

A really, really small town in Illinois. The Lake is dried up and all they have here is a gas station, Pete's hotdogs, and an elementary school that all of the normal kids avoid because of the scary rumors surrounding it.. Surrounded by fields of corn until the houses start coming in..

Person one: Hey, where do you live?
Person two: Lily Lake.
Person one: ...Where?
Person two: The place with the haunted school.
Person one: OOOOH. -Backs away slowly-

Ocean Lakes

School in Virginia Beach. Home of the Dolphins. Not a stuck up school, and not ghetto. Probably the only school that has all school assemblys for no reason, but also probably the most amazing school on the planet.

Mountain Lakes

Im a Laker........and Mountain Lakes is a pretty cool town. It has a great school system, amazing athletics, and everyone has laker pride. yes, there are some snobby girls, but not all of us are like that. if your school doesnt have snobby girls that have to look good....well im pretty sure thats impossible. most girls are not in that group....including me and i have alot of friends....and Boonton Township kids dont hate us... im friends with most of them. yes, sports are important......but you dont have to play lacrosse to be "popular." Our football team is really good an basketball, field hockey, and ice hockey. if you want to hate on mountain lakes go ahead. this town is an extremely nice place to grow up. also to all you people that say you get made fun of if your not white & christian...well thats not true. Im jewish and i never get made fun of.

wow...those mountain lakes kids seem to be good at everything!

lake oswego

Conservative suburban bubble found near Portland, Oregon. Home to an algae-filled "lake," 7-11, and Bob.

Notable events include weekly DC and other quasi-legal activities, Frisbee Monday/Wednesday at 7:17, and drinking. Lots of drinking.

Town closes at 9:00 nightly, except on weekends. Then it's 9:15.

Also known as LO, Lake BigEgo, Lake NoNegro, The Bubble.

I'm so excited to get out of Lake Oswego in mere weeks!

Synonymous with dead end. The most god awful part of the greater western hemisphere, with the worst taxi service.

A typical saturday night in Lakeland consists of a)Publix Supermarkets or b)getting shit faced in some backwoods barnhouse

Lake Forest

Lake Forest is a wealthy suburb of Chicago situated about 30 miles to the north, directly on the lake. A largely old-money suburb, its residents are widely rumored to be conservative, narrow-minded, racist, homophobic, and antisemitic. While there are examples of such attitudes, especially among the older generations, most residents are comparatively down to earth and accepting of cultural, political, and religious differences. Prejudice against new-money suburbs such as Wilmette, Highland Park, and Winnetka, and against the middle and working class is much more prevalent than any animosity towards minorities. There is a level of snobbishness and materialism, but it is rarely accompanied by hatred or bigotry. Some have suggested that while academically outstanding, Lake Forest High School does little to prevent the perpetuation of the elitist and indifferent attitudes of young Lake Foresters, and indeed, allows the few remaining negative aspects of Lake Forest society to flourish. Because of this, many residents of middle and working class communities such as Evanston and Morton Grove as well as new-money wealthy and upper-middle class communities such as parts of Skokie and Lincolnwood are developing more hatred and resentment for Lake Foresters than is really deserved.

Boy: How about the Lake Forest Country Club, mom?

Mom: Oh, sweetie, I'm not sure they'd let us in.

Boy: Why not?

Mom: I'll have to explain that to you when you're a little older, honey.
