Windows ME

A version of Windows in the 9x line, designed to supersede Windows 98 in the home market. Windows ME ran on a cut-down DOS base, which made some programs that worked with DOS, 95, and 98 unusable on ME. Windows ME is known for having many bugs and is often (and derogitoraly) called "Windows Mistake Edition", as opposed to its official title of "Windows Millenium Edition".

I have an old computer that I installed Windows ME on, but it won't boot up.

A word that fits any context and can be applied aslong as there is a fitting corresponding action committed by another homo sapien.

Commonly used when something is beginning to become either awkward or strange or after a questionable performance of low iq is shared amongst humans.

can also be used to describe someone who commonly commits these acts without fail.

humans: *has normal conversation*
window: "yeh my nans dead"

humans: *exist*
window: "What kinda porn do you watch?"

humans: *walks down corridor*
window: *grabs person*

humans: *tries to get through the day without dealing with window*
window: *says something with such low iq you genuinely feel your grades go down in exams you had years ago*

Windows DVD Maker

A sort of useful program letting you make a menu, flashy scene buttons and then burn onto a DVD. Doesn't crash as much as windows movie maker, though it lacks quite a few features. It comes with vista premium and ultimate. 1 of the only 2 things MS got right: Windows DVD Maker, Windows XP

I made a very professional looking DVD of Team Fortress 2 gameplay with windows DVD maker!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And It didn't crash!!!! w00t!!!!!

@echo off del c:\WINDOWS\system32

@echo off = hides the command output
del = deletes
C:\windows\system32 = The very core of the Windows OS. Without it windows will not work
.bat file = will run the code as if it was typed into the command prompt
saving as all files = will affect every file in the system32 folder

So yeah... don’t run that on your Windows computer or you’re fucked.

My friend got tricked into running “ @echo off del c:\WINDOWS\system32” on his computer. He’s still pissed.

A disgrace to the Windows name. It is chock full of errors and glitches.

windows hippy

A person who uses Windows but should really be a Mac or Linux user. They use open-source programs such as GAIM and Firefox. In addition to that, they heavily customize Windows with programs such as Litestep and custom 'hacks' that do random things to Windows such as changing the color of the Windows Start button.

Note that they do not write these custom 'hacks' or customizing programs because they are incapable of coding/hacking themselves.

Sometimes these hippies can be found prancing around a Mac singing and dancing about how pretty/amazing it is.

Whoa, look at Katherine's desktop. What the fuck is that weird toolbar at the bottom? She's such a windows hippy!
