logical positivism

Something really stupid and anoying they make you learn in Communication Studies graduate programs even though you're a rhetorician and couldn't really give a rat's ass.

Logical positivism asserts that only statements about empirical observations are meaningful, effectively asserting that all metaphysical statements are meaningless. Unfortunately, this fundamental tenet of logical positivism belongs to the family of statements that it asserts to be meaningless. As a result, the entire edifice of logical positivism vanishes in a puff of logic. This insight appears not to have occurred to the logical positivist school of philosophers.

Supreme Grand Chancellor of Dealer Logistics

A person whom is responsible for coordinating and orchestrating the pick up and delivery service of customers who service their vehicles at a dealership. This individual additionally executes the retrieval of specific parts that are necessary for the repair facility to successfully and efficiently complete repairs to a customer's vehicle. This person is also the lead in collecting additional items to support and aid the Fixed Operation staff in continuing to perform at a high level of customer satisfaction, like coffees.

The Supreme Grand Chancellor of Dealer Logistics was such a polite gentleman. He was a delight to speak to while he was giving me a shuttle ride back to my house from the dealership.

A statement of fact, usually in the form of an e-mail, that renders all hostile (emailers) silent

Employee #1: I had been getting calls and e-mails all morning about the Widget Project. Managers want status, test group wants results.
Employee #2: What changed? Why did they stop?
Employee #1: I silenced them all when I explained to them the Widget Project was, in fact, not my project (according to my manager) and they need to direct their efforts towards <Employee X>
Employee #2: Sounds like you lobbed them a logic grenade

Things that work correctly are not allowed near this creature.

A logical lozz scenario:

"The first car was fine until I left the water cap off"
