Started with Dale from Horrible Bosses being a registered sex offender for peeing at a playground next to a bar while a little kid was at the playground...

We then took registered sex offender and made it into what it is now known as, Regged.

Being regged is an adjective, noun, and/or verb.

Redgies Role Play

A role playing server for faggot british geeks. They enjoy crapping on peoples parades. However they do have several very attractive, funny, and great trolls as seen in the examples below. The server is run my people who enjoy having dicks up their asses. For example, one may play gta and hit another character with a pool cue. The other character immediately bans the attacker, which is very gay. They say you are abusing an admin and not playing in character. i say they are flamming. Raggie

A term commonly used to describe the resident of Winsted, CT in the Northwest part of the state. A raggie refers to a person who can often be mistaken as a smelly homeless person; they wear the same clothes just about every day, they wear British Knights and BUM sweatshirts. They are poor and their parents are on welfare; they have a large raggie family tree. They are often the brunt of jokes; it is not good to be known as a raggie.

I can't shop at IGA on Main St., that is where all of the raggies go.
