Implonkus

The feeling you get when you put time and effort into organizing your thoughts into a lucid, coherent online message, and get a response that starts with "lol" and uses more smileys than punctuation marks.

Every time I try to say something worthwhile I just end up getting implonkus. I'm thinking of trying to argue offline.

It would have been impopsicle for Mr. Peanut* to have impregnated our dog!

*Mr. peanut is a cartoon character used to help advertise Planters.

Impressively Rude

when someone you have not seen in a while, like a rediscovery on facebook from 20 years ago from the 5th grade and you are now in your thirties posts..."wow, I didn't recognize you without the glasses, bad haircut...etc...you look great now" translation... "wow, you used to be very ugly in the 5th grade and now you look, well, wow, YOU LOOK GREAT...." impressively rude is when you compliment someone on how they look now in such a way that you insult how they used to look in the process....

Random re-aqaintance to someone they have not seen in a while..

old friend "wow, you look so great now, I barely recognized you because you used to be so fat".
you "um, thanks...I think".

You re-tell the story to an existing friend...so and so was impressively rude when I saw her telling me how great I look now... how fat did she think I was before?

When a guy has a female friend fly in for a "visit" with the hidden or overt intent of hooking up. Proper usage of the word requires the crossing of state or international borders. See booty call when visits involve shorter traveling distance.

Isn't your Ex flying in for the weekend? Wanna hang out later?

I think we're gonna stay in so I can enjoy that importabooty.
