is a combination of Ex & obsessed. It describes people who won't get over their ex boy/ girlfriend. They want to get back-together with them. They just won't accept the fact that the relationship is over and there is not a chance they will get back together.

Cher: Him and i are like siblings, and I KNOW he is OVER her! She needs to let him go, Rae might still like him but he doesn't feel the same way! It's been over a year since they broke up!

ex-booger

(noun) either an ex boyfriend or ex girlfriend that you can't seem to get rid of no matter what you try. Just like a booger that is stuck on one finger and you try to fling it off, but it gets stuck to your next finger over and over again.
