People that have a special interest.
I am an airplane buff. I am especially interested in airplanes, but I think anything that flies is interesting. If I hear something in the sky I look for it and I can usually identify or categorize it - it is an obsession... most people, sooner or later, should be able to notice this behavior.

The Buff Nigga Phase is a period in the life of an individual of Black ethnicity during which they reach adulthood and begin intensive weight training. This phase is marked by rapid muscle gain, often due to genetic predispositions that allow for quicker strength development compared to other races. Typically, individuals do not recognize they are in the Buff Nigga Phase until they have consistently trained for 1-2 years and achieved significant muscle growth. This phase is characterized by a strong, bulk-focused mindset and a commitment to heavy, consistent training routines.

A harsh punishment in World of Warcraft Classic, where the character is forced to stay offline to preserve their current world buffs, or wait for the next round of world buffs to drop during the day. This could mean staying offline for several hours on the buffed up character to prevent the buffs from expiring.
Sometimes buff jail can last for several days.

It's the last day of Darkmoon Faire on Sunday, but we don't raid until Tuesday. I guess we're stuck in Buff Jail until raid time.
