Someone who continues to dispute the results of an election by congregating on the side of the road with fellow “Noflakes” flying flags and spouting nonsense about things they lack any knowledge of, yet will speak as a seasoned authority on. A bunch of butt-hurt sore losers who don’t see they are acting precisely the way they condemned in 2016.
