Italian word for "fans", not necessarily hardcore.

The hardcore fans are called ultras.

The singular of tifosi is tifoso.

fans, in Italian. Not hooligans. Does not exclude hooligans any more than "fans" in English does, but that's all it means: fans. Hooligans in Italian are "ultras," who do indeed often have strong political leanings to the right (Lazio ultras being the classic example). If "ultras" with strong political leanings to the left exist, it must be in a parallel universe ...

Vincenzo: si', sai che siamo grandi tifosi della squadra, ma adesso dobbiamo fare la spesa per la mamma, e poi facciamo i compiti come i bravi ragazzi che siamo!

tipsyness

Tipsyness comes from the word tipsy, as in being affected by alcohol to a certain level up to being a victim of tipsyness. Though it can both be positive and negative to be the victim of tipsyness.

The word itself was first used and invented by the ever tipsy Danish and Swedish people(the real vikings), where alcohol is the cure to everything.

It is even said that alcohol can cure tipsyness... if you get enough.

-Damn that's some serious tipsyness going on here.
-Wauw tipsyness is ftw! Give me more!
-Look at that hot swedish chick, looks like she's got some serious tipsyness there!

when your lightweight of a mother takes one too many sips of wine and can't stop laughing which then leads to mascara-filled tears running down her cheeks as she attempts to catch her breath while also hiccuping.

Oh god— Mom, you've only had three sips and you're already tipsy sobbing.

Asian tipsy

When your skinny Asian/oriental friend drinks the smallest amount of an alcoholic drink and happens to be stumbling all over the bar within minutes.

Example:
Asian/oriental guy: Hey Steve let me try that!

*takes a sip - 5 minutes later*

Asian/oriental guy: hey Steve I love you man!

Steve: Damn, thought it would be a while before the Asian Tipsy kicked in!
