Ingredients:
1 shot freshly brewed espresso
cup homemade horchata (or quality store-bought)
1–1 tsp mad honey (start small—this is your sacred key)
cup ice
Optional: pinch of cinnamon or cardamom
Splash of whole milk or oat milk for creaminess
Method:
Brew the espresso and let it cool slightly.
In a blender, add horchata, espresso, ice, mad honey, and optional spices.
Blend until smooth and frothy.
Pour into a chilled glass. Garnish with a cinnamon stick or a tiny drizzle of honey.
Sip slowly. Reflect. Document any visions—or recipe tweaks.
⚠️ Warning: Mad honey is not a casual ingredient. Respect the dosage, and never go back for seconds on a whim. Let the gods come to you.
