Negre Marron Distribution (NMD) for short, is an Independent Digital Music Distribution Company - a division of Negre Marron Publishing which collects publishing, mechanical, and sync royalties for Haitian and French-Caribbean songwriters, Lyricists, Composers, Producers.

Negre Marron Distribution enables Haitian and French-Caribbean music artists and independent music labels to market and distribute their music into digital stores and streaming services, like Apple Music, Spotify, Tidal, Deezer, Amazon, Pandora.

NMD also collects master (sound recording) royalties for Copyright Owner ((label share only) and DYI (unsigned) artists or Performer.

Maronization

Maronization comes from a broad Czech word, Maronizace. Its definitions are oblique, but are most often found correlating to "Maron Pero" as a means of equiping, using or distributing "Maron" or "Pero".
Its origins are dating circa late 1920s, when someone from Bearv Engineering Group jokingly named their product Maron Pero using the means of maronization. This leaves tracks to modern day with some products still being created under maronization or even called Maron or Pero.

Our group has called for server-wide maronization.
The company policy strictly prohibits maronizating their products by Maronees.
