Doi is kind of like boi but is only used on the main or best character.the one who is mostly a doi is Izuku Midoriya(or deku),the main character of My Hero Academia.

DOI equals Dog On Ice. Using an ice pack in your dog’s bed. Covered with a tea towel to keep fido super chill during these dog days of summer.
