From the movie of the same name: "Spread the word, top shottas are back." "Hey Biggs, tell your security I'm a shotta by blood, not by relation."

Usually short, bald and asian, Sattaporn's are friendly little creatures who don't do their work and dick around all night long. Sattaporn's will do almost anything to get a girls attention. He has many of methods, but his most famous method is to break the girls kneecaps.

Related to gang affiliation, being a top shooter within the designated gang.

2. Killer, assassin, known murderer, has a gun and will use it
3. A term of respect between friends

From the Italian, meaning 'low voice'. To speak quietly out of the corner of your mouth so that the subject of your speech can't hear your insult or know that you are speaking.
