Word used when someone has taken something by surprise and not given back. can be used in various different circumstances, Used when someone acts in the way of a pikey, usually stealing things.

Pike County, GA

A big county, with a very small population below Griffin, GA. Its known for its one high school, its abundance of cows and rednecks, and cops who have nothing better else to do than bust people for small amounts of weed, even though administrators of the high school have been caught speaking inappropriately to minors.

George: Did you hear? Bob was arrested for a gram of that good, but the principal of the high school was caught looking at child pornography but he still works there...

David: Yeah, in Pike County, GA...

The Pikey Tribe

A name for people that think there cool thinking they are homeless.
There many be tow or more people in The Pikey Tribe but they will have nicknames and maybe a "Pikey Lingo"

Water Pikey

An itinerant social parasite found living on a barge on the British waterway network of rivers & canals. They can often be seen chugging along on the water, as they have to move at least once a fortnight in order to avoid having to pay their way. They are easily differentiated from recreational waterway users by looking at the face - the recreational user will generally look a bit stressed whilst the water pikey will be grinning like a smug twat at the thought of how clever they are in avoiding having to contribute towards the cost of the services they use. Most of them hope to one day live on dry land, a desire generally realised following the dubious acquisition of a caravan and a Ford Transit with a towbar.

Bad news chaps, the Water Pikey is on the way in - that's our nice, peaceful day at work well & truly nixed.

Pikey Tommy

A person that has a certain level of intelligence that is to be desired of that of an ape. He enjoys nothing more that sitting next to his washing machine in the front garden getting high, whilst he beats up old ladies for no reason apart from he did not like their hairstyle and thought he could improve upon it. They also have a life's ambition to flip burgers in burger king because they want to help out all there homeboys and give them free burgers and that when they are hungry. They also have the running style of a dinosour and commonly react aggressively when having to complete sport in the rain.

Ben: you fancy going to see pikey tommy he wants to mash up some old ladies.
