narcolepelepsy

A disease that causes a person to fall apart at night while having an epileptic seizure.

Jim: "What happened to your arm, Dave? Where did it go?"

Dave: "Well, last night, my wife was blinking a flashlight off and on in bed. I fell asleep and must have a narcolelptic seizure."

Jim: "What the hell is that?"

Dave: "Narcolepelepsy. Don't screw with me. I'm missing an arm."

drinking narcolepsy

Drinking Narcolepsy is a chronic neurological disorder induced by alcohol consumption and characterized by overwhelming daytime drowsiness and sudden attacks of sleep. If the urge becomes overwhelming, patients fall asleep for periods lasting from a few minutes to several hours and fall asleep at inappropriate times and places such as bars and restaurants. Drinking Narcolepsy should not be confused with passing out as a Drinking Narcolep will fall asleep, rally, drink some more, only to fall asleep again. This cycle is repeated throughout the day and into the evening.

Tara's drinking narcolepsy was out of control up at Lutsen. She drank and snowboarded all day, fell asleep on the chairlift, fell asleep after snowboarding, fell asleep after hottubbing, and fell asleep in the restaurant.

narcotourism

Narcotourism (noun) a compound of narco(tic) and tourism.

Narcotourism is the practice of travelling abroad from one's home or resident country with the express intention of procuring and using substances perhaps banned or prohibitively expense where one lives.

Not unlike reverse osmosis, i.e. one travels from a place of a low concenration of drugs to a place of a high concentration.

It is unlikely that the World Tourism Organization will ever endorse narcotourism.

narco corrido

Corrido stands for ballad, and narco, of course, involve drugs.
Kind of gangstarap alla mexicana, wich means that in fact it's 'gangstamariachi'.
The songs, based on polkas and waltzes, feature lyrics backed by accordions and brass bands.
Narco corridos, had spread to California, Texas, Nevada, Florida and other places with large Hispanic populations (Colombia, El Salvador, etc).

Rosalino "Chalino" Sanchez is the Tupac of narco corrido.

When someone suddenly passes out randomly while doing something, usually in a abrupt and random matter that is usually dangerous and potentially life threatening.

Friend 1 - "Hey Jason, did you see that?"
Jason - ZZzzZZzz *snore*
Everyone - "WTF, he was just awake a second ago?!"
Friend 1 - "Fuck, he must've narcolepsied again. That shit is going to happen when he's driving one day and he's going to crash and die"
