Intelluded

(Adj.) Meaning AlmostSmart. Having intelligence but lacking desire or ability to put into useful application.
(Syn.) Lazy intelligence.
The person almost completed the task, having all the knowledge and resources needed, but their INTELLUDED mind set prevented the completion correctly.
