Incomplete Tetanus

An increasing amount of electrical shocks to the muscle causes the muscle to contract in such a way that before it can fully relax it is electrically stimulated again. This causes summation effect where contractions get stronger and stronger the more the muscle fiber is shocked.

For example, in a lab the muscle fiber was shocked 15 times per second which caused the fiber to be in a state of incomplete tetanus.

(Adj.) Used to describe a dubious or made up word, term, or phrase that does not makes logical sense within existing language conventions but may make sense in a cultural context.

Asshat: Obnoxious person.

A person, of either gender, whose behavior displays such ignorance/obnoxiousness that you would like to make them wear their own ass as a hat.

Asshat is such a stupid word that is entirely incromulent.
