1) to use available materials/tools and one's ingenuity to create a device for smoking marijuana; to Macgyver a pipe or bong
2) to create an especially complex or grand device for smoking, often using science to enhance or change the smoking experience in some way (ex: making the first vaporizer)

Ganja Claus is most often pictured as a jolly old rasta with long dredlocks, dressed head to toe in green. Rumours state that he flies through the sky on a lawn chair pulled by 8 giant sloths
