Freezie

A cold treat akin to a popsicle. Freezies are made of a slushie-like juice that has been frozen in a long plastic wrapping. They come in many sizes, such as "jumbo," and the most popular brand in Canada bear(ed) the Mr. Freeze (pronounced "Free-zee") label.

Often, the best part about eating a Freezie was tipping the package upside-down and drinking the melted juice that was left at the bottom, when you'd finished eating the frozen part.

You could get a jumbo Freezie for, like, 50 cents at the ball park when I was a kid.

freebirds delivery

The delivery service that brings infamous Isla Vista Freebirds food to the drunk and high students of UCSB. They have a $20 minimum which drives everybody insane and they ride their bikes around like it's the Indy 500. (They deliver via bicycle.)

A Canadian term. It’s essentially a slushy popsicle without the stick. Comes in a long slim plastic sleeve with typical flavours like orange, watermelon, strawberry, etc.

It’s how as hell out there eh? Pass me and the boys a couple freezies from the freezer there bud .

A term commonly shouted by concert patrons in an attempt to mock the band's ability to play their own music. This is usually done in conjunction with lighting a cigarette ligher and holding it over your head and/or creating the devil-horns gesture with your hand.
