Not merely someone with an intractable addiction but is typically also an arsehole and idiot. A self centred, self indulgent substance abusing d**khead that actively sabotages their own life and that of those around them. Quite literally couldn’t make a sensible decision to save their own lives. Alcoholics technically qualify.

Some DFL smashed into my car last month. Didn’t get anything of value but stole the logbook with reg number. Why? Cops raided a drug house a couple of blocks from my place last night. Called to say they found a heap of stolen goods including my logbook. Fingerprints putting them at a profitless crime. Moron! (True story)
