Someone who is bulimic is someone who has serious eating disorder that occurs chiefly in females, is characterized by compulsive overeating usually followed by self-induced vomiting or laxative or diuretic abuse, and is often accompanied by guilt and depression.

cultural bulimia

Cultural Bulimia is a condition that is easy to find oneself suffering from. It is the act of bingeing on the viewing of numerous funny youtubes, humorous photos, or useless facts and then feeling the need to share said information with anyone and everyone in a happy manner.

My best friend is suffering from cultural bulimia. Just look at the ridiculous thread on facebook of all her cow videos and facts about cow eating habits. This has to stop!

Facebook Bulimia

To clean out one's excess friend list on a social networking site, typically arises when one realizes that they do not know or talk to 80% of the individuals on said list of people.

Parallels to the eating disorder bulimia in which one consumes massive amounts of food and proceeds to purge through vomiting, laxatives, exercise, etc.

Jon's going through a severe bout of Facebook Bulimia, he went from 1000 friends he barely knew to the 200 people he went to high school with overnight after purging everybody he didn't know faster than an overweight chick's eats her second lunch.

bulimia

bulimia is an eating disorder kind of like anorexia but its where (mostly females) eat excessive amounts of food and make themselves vomit later. Most people think that this is a way of having self control and they can enjoy the food when they eat it, but then they throw it up later sp that they don't get fat. Bulimia is a very serious eating disorder and it is not all physical, most of it is a state of mind where girls have a fear of getting fat and in most cases(like mine)they take it waay too far.

She has been in rehab for several weeks because she has bulimia.

An emoticon or symbol meant to illustrate the action of gagging oneself in response to a status update or statement that is too cheesy, disgusting, offensive, overly happy, self-aggrandizing, etc. Can also be used to represent throwing up a little in your mouth.

Jill: I love my life sooo much...I have the best boyfriend ever, my job rules and my friends are amazing!
