A Tattoo placed on the head, face, hands,or visible part of the neck that would prevent someone from gaining employment.

Some tattoo shops refuse to give Jobstoppers so as to reduce regret.

jobber rotation 

Term used in fantasy baseball. It is the act of picking up starting pitchers (and then dropping them for a new one) in an effort to win the strikeout and wins categories. Usually pitchers available on the waiver wire aren't very good, hence rotating through jobbers.

I'm down 3-1 in wins and 35-20 in strikeouts. Guess I'll have to do a serious jobber rotation the next few days.

for funemployed persons, a developed discriminatory attitude towards people with jobs
