Land Oyster

While the "Land Oyster" can be known and used as a Noun or a verb in the exact same context, its origins take us back to the start of the new millenium in Melbourne, Australia.. the, at the time.. common land oyster was in its prime,. and absolute ingenius, free, sustainable and eco friendly solution to the pressing issue, for early teens getting harassed by transit police, unstable train station staff and other affiliate adults. being an aussie 1-13 year old, when dealing with these degenrate creatures, (after unwarrented provocation the urge almost, necessity to spit on them.. but hocking up a decent lugie was to noisey, as was a normal spitting action with force.. but some knz kids had worked out, if you cup your hand, gather all your mouth saliva together.. load it into your hand, then with like a horizontal over arm elbow spun hand flick (almost like a 'spinner' in cricket... but instead of releasing a cricket ball to a batsmen, you are silently covering the intended victim in what looks like, moves like and quite cleverly named a "Land Oyster" They were prevalent on the victims back , there was fully automatic skills, all sorts.. and there was no inbetween, victims either had a single oyster, or and entire cult that they were unaware of..

Land Sharks

A playful or informal nickname for British police dogs, often referencing their tenacity and skill in tracking or apprehension of crimnals also great for tracking missing people too.

Example:
The police dog apprehended the criminal so swiftly that it was like a shark hunting its prey, using its sharp senses, speed, predatory instinct, and jaw — a prime example of why they’re called land sharks.
Lee: Bruv, I heard the police are using sharks to catch crimnals these days.

Frank: No, you muppet! That's just the new nickname for police dogs now there called land sharks now LOL.

Lee: Got you now Bruv LOL.

Land Pimping

A metaphorical term describing the practice of extracting economic, political, or social value from land while neglecting or undermining its ecological integrity, cultural significance, or long-term capacity to sustain life.

Land Pimping refers to patterns of land use, ownership, or development in which the primary relationship to land is one of extraction rather than stewardship. It describes situations where land is treated as a commodity to maximize short-term gain while the environmental, cultural, or community costs are shifted onto others.

The term uses "pimping" metaphorically to emphasize exploitative relationships. It critiques systems and behaviors rather than making literal accusations about criminal activity.

Land Pimping can occur through practices that degrade ecosystems, displace communities, exhaust natural resources, or prioritize speculation over long-term care. It contrasts with approaches that view land as a living system requiring reciprocity, restoration, and responsible stewardship.

Characteristics
Prioritizing short-term financial return over ecological resilience.
Treating land primarily as a commodity rather than a relationship.
Extracting wealth while externalizing environmental or social costs.
Displacing communities without meaningful participation or benefit.
Neglecting restoration after extraction.
Ignoring the long-term health of ecosystems and future generations.
Land Pimping is expired! Capitalist and heirarchical power structures that continue this paradigm of practice are due for some karmic retribution.
