Usually of a higher caste in their home society and they often look down upon even lower castes in their own home countries and lower income classes in their adopted countries. Highly favored by Corporations as a bludgeon towards local populations and for cheaper labor cost. In extreme cases, they can be entitled to the material wealth and home properties in their adopted countries.
