A nut shot. A punch/kick/strike to the groin, intentional or otherwise, specifically to somebody with (presumed) testicles.
Named after Paul “The Irish Dragon” Felder who, in his capacity as UFC commentator, seems to have witnessed a disproportionately high number of groin strikes.

To “geld” is to castrate.
